Through hard work, clinical expertise, and personalized care, the Ortho4States physical therapy team has been recognized by FOTO ( Focus On Therapy Outcomes) for clinical excellence for patient reported functional outcomes in the top 10% in the nation for the past year ending 3/2014.

Our team has also been honored for clinical excellence and exceeding the national average for functional outcomes for each month in the past 18 months. These national awards are presented to a select group of clinics that are setting the standard for care and clinical outcomes in our profession.
