The Super Leader program is a joint effort between Missouri Southern and the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Network to identify, cultivate and motivate future community leaders currently enrolled in college. All students participating in the program go through an application and interview process in addition to meeting every other Friday throughout the semester.
Upon completion of the program, students receive a one-year complimentary Young Professionals Network membership to help them continue with professional networking.
