1. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014-012-AN ORDINANCE approving a Loan Recipient Agreement by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, and Able Manufacturing & Assembly, LLC., providing for the loan of up to One Million, Two Hundred Thousand Dollars, No Cents ($1,200,000.00) from the Economic Development Fund; authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute the Loan Recipient Agreement and other appropriate documents as required therein, by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.2. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014 – 128 - AN ORDINANCE approving an agreement for Bartlett & West Inc. not to exceed Six Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars ($608,260.00) for Consultant Services for the Storm Sewer Damage Assessment & Repair & GIS Mapping of the Tornado Zone project; and containing an emergency clause.

3. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014 – 130 - AN ORDINANCE approving the contract by and between the City of Joplin and Nelson Demolition & Tree Service for the demolition of the structure(s) and clearing of lot area located at 306 N. Division. in the City of Joplin, Missouri, for the amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine and 00/100 Dollar   ($2,249.00); providing how the cost thereof shall be paid; how the assessment thereof shall be made; and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014 – 131 - AN ORDINANCE approving the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with Sprouls construction company for the curb Inlet Repair Project in the amount of Seventy Six thousand Two Hundred Eighty Two and 50/100 Dollars ($76,282.50) and authorizing the Public Works Director to execute said Agreement; and containing an emergency clause.
