On January 18, 2016 at 4:57 PM, the Joplin Police Department responded to 2920 S. Kentucky in reference to a report of gunshots.
Officers were not able to substantiate that any gunshots had occurred.
Further investigation led to the arrest of Adam C. Cloe, 32, Joplin, (top left) for misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The homeowner gave consent to search the home. A K-9 was used and officers located 54.6 grams of marijuana that was packaged for distribution and 1.7 grams of cocaine.
Karla J. Evans, 46, Joplin and Anthony C. Mitchell, 48, Webb City, were each arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Charges will be submitted to the Jasper County Prosecutor.
You gotta ask..Why would they grant a search?
