“This is Our Youth,” a wildly funny, bittersweet tale set during a night out in New York, will be offered next week at Missouri Southern State University.
The Southern Theatre production runs Tuesday, Feb. 2, through Saturday, Feb. 6, in the Bud Walton Theatre. Admission is free for MSSU students, faculty and staff. It is $5 for adults and $3 for senior citizens and non MSSU students. This production is for mature audiences only due to explicit language and adult situations. Call 625-3190 for reservations.
Other activities planned on campus include screenings of all the films in “The Hunger Games” series, a program on using financial statements, and a chance for students to create custom magnets.
Monday, Feb. 1

Tuesday, Feb. 2
Custom Photo Magnets: 10:30 a.m., Lions Den. Students can bring a favorite photo and have it printed on a magnet. While supplies last.

“This is Our Youth”: 7:30 p.m., Bud Walton Theatre. Free for MSSU students, $5 for the public and $3 for other students.
Wednesday, Feb. 3
“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I”: 6:30 p.m., Phelps Theatre in BSC.

Thursday, Feb. 4
“Understanding Financial Statements”: 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., Room 108 of Plaster Hall. The training is designed for business owners, managers and others who want to learn how to turn financial statements into useful management tools. Cost is $49. Details: 417-625-3128.
