A Grove, Oklahoma woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 12:05 p.m. Friday on Highway 43, three miles north of Tiff City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Lindsey A. White Eagle, 39, Grove, Oklahoma, left the roadway and struck a ditch.
White Eagle was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma.
In addition to DWI, White Eagle was charged with careless and imprudent driving involving an accident, no valid driver's license, and no seat belt.
