A misdemeanor driving while intoxicated charge was filed against a Neosho woman following a one-vehicle accident 2:03 a.m. Saturday on Elwood Junction Road, three miles east of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Sarah L. Hile, driving a 1998 Yamaha Blaster ATV, lost control and was ejected.
Hile was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
