A Diamond woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash 8:57 p.m. Friday on I-49, four miles south of Jasper.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Chevrolet Express van driven by Donna S. Musser, 43, Glenn Heights, Texas, was changing lanes and struck a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by Laurie A. Istas, 43, Diamond.
The Istas vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a guard rail, returned to the roadway and struck a guard rail.
Istas was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
