Two arrested on counterfeiting, drug charges at Rangeline Sonic

Sunday, July 24th, at 12:00 PM, the Joplin Police Department was called to Sonic, 1101 S. Range Line in reference to three counterfeit five-dollar bills being presented.

The suspects were still on scene when officers arrived. Officers contacted Keilan T. Pouge, 28 and Tiffany M. Patrick, 30, both of Tulsa, Ok.

During a search of their vehicle officers located six-thousand, four-hundred and thirty-six dollars, ($6,436.00) in counterfeit money along with methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills, and paraphernalia and a BB-pistol.

Both subjects were arrested for; Forgery, Possession of Forging Instruments, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Paraphernalia. Patrick was additionally arrested for the Introduction of Contraband into the Jail. All charges were submitted to the Jasper County Prosecutor’s Office.
