An Anderson motorcyclist was killed in a one-vehicle accident 9:30 p.m. Thursday on Thief Hollow Road, two miles east of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Honda motorcycle driven by Zebedia A. Brewer, 38, Anderson, struck a deer, ran off the roadway and struck a tree. McDonald County Deputy Coroner Tracy Dowd pronounced Brewer dead at the scene at 10:15 p.m.
The fatality was the 69th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
