A Southwest City man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 5:45 p.m. Tuesday on Reagan Hollow Road, one mile east of Noel.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1993 GMC pickup driven by Jerred W. Robertson, 27, Southwest City, ran off the roadway and struck a fence.
Robertson suffered minor injuries.
