A Seneca man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 3:40 p.m. today on Route Y, seven miles east of Seneca.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Ford F-150 driven by Damien W. Robinson, 23, Seneca, ran off the roadway and overturned.
A passenger, Rylee P. Wood, 1, Seneca, was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
Robinson was also charged with careless and imprudent driving, no insurance, failure to register vehicle, no valid driver's license, and no seatbelt.
