The Highway Patrol arrested a Neosho man on multiple charges Wednesday night, including felony possession of methamphetamine.
Devan J. Tess, 25, was also arrested for felony driving while revoked, felony resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, failure to register motor vehicle, and no seat belt.
