A Rogers, Arkansas woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:26 p.m. Wednesday on I-49 at the 86.5 mile marker, five miles south of Sheldon.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Erica R. Riedel, 26, Rogers, skidded off the west side of the roadway, went across the median, rolled the vehicle across, coming to rest in a field.
Riedel was airlifted to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, to be treated for serious injuries.
