A Neosho man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:15 p.m. today Marten Road, two miles southwest of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Dash Scooter driven by Mark D. Hoy, 55, Neosho, struck an animal in the roadway and overturned.
Hoy was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
