A Carl Junction man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 10 p.m. Monday on Route YY at Carl Junction.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Kia Soul driven by Marty J. McCrorey, 50, Carl Junction, pulled into the path of a 2015 Peterbilt trailer driven by William F. Dunaway, 35, Neosho, striking the towed unit. The McCrorey vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
McCrorey was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
