Officer Wenberg is attempting to locate this white male in possibly his 50s who left W 7th St Walmart at about 8:35pm on 9-29-16.
While backing out a large black Ford SUV (probably an Excursion that looks to have some lift on the suspension) the vehicle struck another vehicle.
