Three people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:55 p.m. today on Warner Road, six miles west of Highlandville in Stone County.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Pontiac Firebird driven by Kevin E. Laye, 49, Republic, ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree.
A passenger, Nicholas E. Noah, 35, Neosho, was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, with serious injuries.
Lave was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, and another passenger, Molly B. Maddex, 36, Republic, for minor injuries at Cox South.
