12/9/2016 Salvador Reyes-Gonzalez, 29 of Carthage, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a
Child.
12/9/2016 Kevin L. Osborne, 53 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.
12/10/2016 Joseph D. Preston, 25 of Springfield, was arrested for Resisting Arrest.
12/11/2016 Kassandra C. Kriss, 41 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
