Crowder College weekly activities

Academics

Programs currently accepting application for Fall 2017 include:

Crowder College Foundation Scholarships for 2017-18 applications available. Priority deadline is April 1.

Athletics

The Roughrider Softball and Baseball teams will hold a signing event Jan. 21, Wright Conference Center for players who will attend in 2017-18.

Community Events

Theatre Auditions for “A Lesson in Folkore” will be held Jan. 24 & 25, 2:30-3:30 in the Elsie Plaster Community Center. For more information email:Theatre@Crowder.edu

The Crowder Quill is accepting entries for 2017. The Quill is a literary-art magazine produced by Crowder students and includes the following categories: Nonfiction, Fiction, Poetry, 2D Media, 3D Art, Digital Art, Color and Black & White Photography.  Entry information may be found at: crowderquill.com

Art Exhibit by Joshua Knott, Crowder Art Instructor, Jan. 18-Feb. 9, 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday, in Longwell Museum located inside the Elsie Plaster Community Center. It is free and open to the public.

The Friends of the Lee Library are currently taking donations of books for the Used Book Sale that will take place April 11-13, Wright Conference Center (Room C). If you have books you would like to donate please contact the Library at: 417.455.5610.
