Carthage Police arrests Joplin woman on 14 felony charges

On 01/20/2017 officers responded to Pete’s Convenience Store 201 E. Central Ave. in reference to a female attempting to pass a bad check. She had also just passed a forged check at Pete’s Convenience Store 301 W. Central Ave. The suspect was arrested and identified as Breanna McKeehan, 30, Joplin. Breanna had multiple stolen checks, checkbooks, driver’s licenses, social security cards and debit/credit cards in her possession. She also had probation violation warrants for her arrest out of Jasper County, Missouri and Cherokee County, Kansas.

Breanna is currently in custody at the Jasper County Jail where she is being held on 14 felony charges including Trafficking Stolen Identities, Felony Stealing and Forgery. The bond on the warrant is $10,000 cash only.
