Athletics
· The Roughrider Basketball team will play at Arkansas Baptist, Wed., Feb. 8, at 6:00pm and play at home on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2pm vs. Mineral Area. For a complete schedule go to: http://crowderathletics.com/sports/wbkb/2016-17/schedule
· The Roughrider Softball team went 2-2 in Texas to open the season. They travel to Independence Thursday, Feb. 16, 2pm before their home opener scheduled for Feb. 23 at 2pm.
· The Roughrider Baseball team won their home opener 9-2 vs. Labette. They will travel to Labette Community College Thursday, Feb. 9, 1pm and return home Saturday, Feb. 11, 1pm to play Seminole State.
· The Roughrider Soccer team will host the 35th Annual Thunderdome tournament, March 10-11. This is an indoor soccer tournament and fundraiser for the team. Registration is open now: BradSmith@Crowder.edu or 417.455.5443.

Community Events
· ONLINE & Hand Delivery Deadline is today for The Crowder Quill is accepting entries for 2017. The Quill is a literary-art magazine produced by Crowder students and includes the following categories: Nonfiction, Fiction, Poetry, 2D Media, 3D Art, Digital Art, Color and Black & White Photography. · The Friends of the Lee Library are currently taking donations of books for the Used Book Sale that will take place April 11-13, Wright Conference Center (Room C). If you have books you would like to donate please contact the Library at: 417.455.5610.
· International Student Market on Monday, Feb. 13 from 11AM – 1:30PM in the Student Center on the Neosho campus. Students have food and cultural items from their native countries for sale. For more information contact: SarahHorine@Crowder.edu
· Crowder Community Choir is open to community member who love to sing. They are in need of bass singers, but welcome anyone. Rehearsal is on Mondays at 7pm in the Elsie Plaster Community Center.
