2/5/17 Garrett J. Gregory, 22 of Joplin, was arrested for Assault 4th .

2/5/17 Bradley K. James, 27 of Joplin, was arrested for Assault 4th and Hindering Prosecution.

2/5/17 Andrew A. J. Harper, 24 of Joplin, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

2/5/17 Rogelio Chairez Jr., 28 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.

2/5/17 James A. Laipple, 34 of Joplin, was arrested for Damage to Jail Property.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
