Joplin teen, 11-year-old, Neosho man injured in collision on 60

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 4:40 p.m. Friday on U. S. 60, four miles west of Neosho.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Natalie E. Hicks, 17, Joplin, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a 2000 Mazda MPV driven by Shane M. West, 42, Neosho.

Hicks, West, and a passenger in the Hicks vehicle, Isabela Garrett, 11, Joplin, were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
