An Anderson man was killed in a one-vehicle accident 3:30 a.m. today on MO 76 just west of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Phillip A. Baldwin, 21, Anderson, traveled off the roadway and overturned, ejecting both occupants. Baldwin was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:30 a.m. by McDonald County Coroner B. J. Goodwin.
A passenger, Dustin L. Crockett, 21, Anderson, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
