Crowder Construction Technology cabins for sale

The Crowder Construction Technology program is in the process of completing two cabins that will be sold to the highest bidder at a live auction May 15, 2017. Viewing of the cabins will be available April 15-May 12 between the hours of 8am and 3pm or for an appointment call 417.455.5596.

The cabins will be sold during a live auction at 1pm, Monday, May 15 at the Crowder Technical Education Center. Bob Lasswell and Associates will perform the live auction service.

Cabins are 11’x24’ amenities including a full kitchen, bath with shower, sleeping area (approx. 100 sq ft.), washer/dryer hook-up. Built on 6x6 skids for full mobility.

The Construction Technology program consists of framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical and finish work. Students in this program built the cabin while experiencing these trades. The class is taught by Andy McClain. This program is part of the Crowder Technical Education Center which is comprised of high school students from Neosho, McDonald County, Seneca, East Newton, and Diamond.
