A Southwest City man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:10 p.m. today on Route MM, three miles east of Southwest City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1998 Chevrolet S-10 pickup driven by Justin T. Simon, 20, Southwest City, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Simon was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
