Webb City teen charged with two felonies, seven misdemeanors after traffic stop

A Webb City teen has been charged with two felonies and six misdemeanors after a traffic stop 8:41 p.m. Friday in Newton County.

According to the Highway Patrol report, Michelle C. Rodriguez, 18, was cited for tampering with a motor vehicle and resisting arrest, both felonies, two counts of child endangerment and single counts of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, careless and imprudent driving, speeding, violating the terms of driver's license, failure to display valid plates, and no insurance.
