A Diamond man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2 a.m. today on Lime Kiln Drive, five miles north of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Mercury Villager driven by Christopher L. Hertzberg, 21, Diamond, failed to negotiate a curve, went off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
Hertberg was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Urgent Care, Joplin.
