Traffic held up on 160 in Barton County as emergency crews deal with accident

The Barton County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call of a car accident seven miles west of I49 on 160 Highway.

Emergency responders are at the scene of the accident right now. The accident is being investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 

At this time we are holding up traffic to get the vehicles moved safely. We do not have information on injuries. We're asking all those traveling on 160 highway in the area of the accident to drive with caution. Please drive slowly and carefully.
