A. Approval of the July 19, 2019 meeting minutes. New Business Case 11-19-01: NE Corner of 44th St. and Connecticut Ave. - A request by Samuel M. Coryell for a variance from Appendix 29-A (Zoning Code), Article 12 (Neighborhood Commercial District), Sec. 29A-1204 (Height and Area Regulations), Paragraph A (Height) of the Joplin City Code of Ordinances, more particularly described as a waiver of two stories from the maximum allowable height of two stories, and 26 feet from the maximum allowable height of 30 feet in districts zoned C-1.
