An Oronogo woman was injured in a car-horse accident 9 p.m. Friday on County Road 227, one mile west of Purcell.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Buck LaCrosse driven by Lydia M. Simon, 63, Oronogo, struck a horse in the roadway.
Simon was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
