A Carthage man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a two-vehicle injury accident 8:11 p.m. Saturday on MO 39, two miles south of Aurora.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2007 Dodge Nitro driven by Dwayne A. McCulloch, 28, Crane, was slowing to make a turn when it was struck in the rear by a 2016 Nissan Rogue driven by Jose A. Miranda, 24, Carthage.
McCulloch and a passenger in his vehicle, Jacob L. Gover, 28, Crane, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Aurora.
Miranda was also cited for careless and imprudent driving.
