According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Ford Fusion driven by Kaleb J. Meyer, 22, Granby, traveled off the roadway and struck a set of concrete stairs.
Meyer, who was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Joplin, was also cited for not driving on the right half of the roadway.
