(From the Sarcoxie Police Department)As of approximately 1935 hours Sunday, Seth Marks was taken into custody without incident by the Sarcoxie Police Department and Jasper County Sheriff’s Office. Great teamwork went into his capture.

On 03/13/22, Chief Corum responded to a domestic in progress on S. 5th Street.
Seth Edward Marks is wanted on charges of domestic assault, peace disturbance, property damage, resisting and assault on LEO.
Marks is also wanted on two felony warrants, full US extradition, out of Stone County.
After being tased, Marks was able to pull the prongs of the taser out and take off on foot. This was after becoming combative with Chief.
