A Lamar man was injured in a three-vehicle accident 7:50 a.m. today on U. S. 60, four miles west of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Amanda A. Pitcher, 34, Neosho, struck a 2014 Freightliner driven by Rafael Nze Maria Mitogo Abeng, 43, Houston, Texas, in the rear forcing it to hit a 1997 Jeep Cherokee driven by Edwin R. Jante, 53, Lamar.
The Jante vehicle traveled off the roadway and overturned.
Jante was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.
