Where: Welcome Center on eastbound I-44 near Mile Marker 1.6 in Newton County west of Joplin
When: As of 4:45 p.m., Friday, August 19
Details: Welcome Center now OPEN to traffic. It closed in early August to allow contractor crews to repair ramps.
