08/15/2022 Officers conducted a traffic stop at 12th & Lexington. One person was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. A probable cause statement was sent to the Barton County Prosecutor for charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance to a Minor.

08/15/2022 Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of Truman in reference to some stolen jewelry. Investigation continues.

08/15/2022 Officers contacted a subject at 10th & Grand and arrested a subject with an outstanding municipal warrant. He was transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold to obtain a warrant for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Drug Offense.

08/16/2022 Officer conducted a car stop near 14th & Gulf. Field sobriety tested determined the driver was impaired on drugs. The driver was transported to the Barton County Sheriff’s Office for a DRE evaluation. Felony PC paperwork was completed and forwarded to the prosecutor for Possession of Controlled Substance and DUI








08/16/2022 Officers received a report of possible drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of E. 19th St. One person was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
 
08/16/2022 Officers responded to the 800 block of Oak St. for a domestic in progress. Parties separated for the night.

08/17/2022 Officers went to the 800 block of Oak St. for a domestic assault in progress. One person was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail where he was put on a 24 hr hold for Domestic Assault 4th Degree, Assault 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest.








08/18/2022 Officers conducted a death investigation in the 1100 block of Allen St.

08/20/2022 Officer was contacted by a resident of the 800 block of E. 19th St. regarding a burglary. Investigation continues.
