08/08/2022 Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of E. 19th in reference to property damage. Investigation continues.
08/08/2022 Officer took a lost article report. Unknown where purse was lost; credit cards were used in Vernon County. Information was forwarded to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Department.
089/09/2022 Officer was dispatched to the 1700 block of Maple in reference to a domestic disturbance, which occurred in the 700 block of E. 19th. A report was sent to the Barton County Prosecutor.
08/09/2022 Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of E. 12th. The driver was transported to the Barton County Jail for processing. He was booked and released on a summons for driving while revoked and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
08/10/2022 Officer took a report of a stolen bicycle in the 1000 block of E. 11th. Investigation continues.
08/11/2022 Officer took a report of a burglary at the high school press box. Investigation is continuing.
08/11/2022 Officer was dispatched to Murphy USA for a gas drive off. Investigation continues.
08/12/2022 Officers arrested an individual on active felony warrants. He was transported to the Barton County Jail.
08/12/2022 Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of W. 17th St for a possible domestic in progress. One person was arrested for domestic assault 4th degree and transported to the Barton County Jail.
