We need your help identifying this fella. He and his friend, attempted to run from our officer after their vehicle was locked inside the business by the gates getting shut on them.
He really likes the St. Louis Cardinals, he has worn this jersey during his first theft from the Antique Mall, and his 2nd attempt where he ran, like a scared rabbit, from our officer and left his girlfriend or hitchhiking buddy, so much for chivalry, eh?
Anyway, if you know this chap, we have probable cause for felony theft. He was with Cathy Deckard out of Springfield who was sporting a fashionable grey ankle monitor, who had two Full US extradition warrants for Trafficking Drugs and Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and one 15k bond out of Barry County for FTA Possession of a Controlled Substance, she was found to have a one of those cute flower glass pipe holders, it was really white, it's needs the field tested meth cleaned out...
