Activities planned for Celebrate Neosho

(From the City of Neosho)

It is that time of year again, time for Celebrate Neosho on the downtown square and ending with the annual fireworks display at dark on Saturday, June 24th from 4pm to the fireworks in Morse Park at dark.

This year will be a little different from last year. The downtown square will be closing down at 2pm for set up and Celebrate Neosho will open at 4pm for an evening of food, live music, family fun and fireworks.

This should help everyone to avoid the asphalt melting, egg frying heat of the day as the afternoon shadows begin to shade the square.

LIVE MUSIC by Whiskey Outlaws, Harmony Street Trio, and Josh Larson and the Trainwreck.

FOOD from the downtown restaurants: A-Ray’s Desserts, Briar and Thistle, Downtown Nutrition, Eastside Social, Sam’s Cellar and Spring Street Bar and Grill.

FOOD TRUCKS like Angel’s Café Taco Bus, Mike’s Amusements, Paisley’s Kettle Corn, Snowflakes Shaved Ice, Songbird’s Kitchen and WH Farm Café.

FREE ACTIVITIES like Bounce Houses, a Sandbox, Watermelon Seed Spitting Contests, Cornhole Tournaments.

OTHER ACTIVITIES like Bungee Jumping, Mechanical Bull Riding, Ponies, Swings, a Kiddie Train and more.

We are looking forward to seeing you here on the Historic Neosho Downtown Square for the 2023 Celebrate Neosho event.
