Flamenco dance performance, workshop scheduled at Cornell Complex

Connect2Culture (C2C) will host the final performance of its 2022-2023 Performance Season during a special two-day event on Friday, June 23rd and Saturday, June 24th. 

The season finale will include a flamenco dance/music workshop and a public performance from A’lante Flamenco in the Beshore Performance Hall at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex (212 West 7th Street, Joplin, MO 64801). 








“We are so excited to celebrate the finale of our inaugural season in the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex with this unique, cultural experience!” says Emily Frankoski, Executive Director of Connect2Culture (C2C). 

“A’lante Flamenco is an extremely talented and passionate dance troupe from Texas. Their workshop and performance will offer an in-depth look at this important Hispanic tradition. We’re bringing a little piece of Spain to Joplin!” 

The following workshop and performance will be held in C2C’s home theatre, the Beshore Performance Hall, at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex.

Join Connect2Culture, Olivia Chacón, and the dancers and musicians of A'lante Flamenco for an introductory workshop to flamenco music and dance! No experience necessary.
