06/19/2023 Officer responded to the 500 block of W. 11th for a report of items stolen from the yard. Investigation continues.

06/20/2023 Officer was contacted regarding property damage in the 1000 block of Cherry where a fence had been cut. Investigation continues.

06/20/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of Maple Street in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Investigation continues.

06/21/2023 Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Walnut after a report of a vehicle being driven carelessly. Driver was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail where he was placed on a 24 hour hold for investigation for Driving While Intoxicated (persistent) and Driving While Revoked. The paperwork will be submitted to the Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges.

06/2/2023 Officer was dispatched to Orscheln’s Farm & Home for the theft of a trailer. Investigation continues.








06/23/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 1700 block of Grand in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Investigation continues.

06/25/2023 Officer conducted a stop on a pedestrian. 6 ounces of marijuana was located on him. Marijuana was seized.

06/25/2023 Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Mill St. regarding a Domestic in Progress. One party was arrested on a book and release and received citations for Assault & Property Damage.
