$5,000 bond set for Wyandotte man cited for DWI after collision in Noel City Park

(From Noel City Marshal's Office)

On July 1, 2023, Noel deputy marshal's were dispatched for a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at the city park. The caller was able to provide a vehicle description and a license plate number.

While deputies were on the scene, a deputy continued to look for the vehicle and observed the vehicle at a local convenience store in Noel. The deputy made contact and detained Raymond Londagin, 34, of Wyandotte, Ok.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Londagin was operating a vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Londagin had backed into a vehicle and then stated that he could not stick around, leaving the scene along with family member stranded at the city park.

Londagin was remanded to the McDonald County Detention Center where he has been charged by the McDonald County Prosecutor's Office for Driving while Intoxicated. His bond has been set at $5000.00 cash only. Additional charges may follow.

A charge is merely an accusation. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
