(From the Lamar Police Department)On 05/31/24, as the result of an investigation of illegal narcotics, the Lamar Police Department served a search warrant in the 1400 block of Poplar.
After the search, Tyler E. Jones, 26 of Lamar, was taken into custody for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. At the time of this post, he is in custody at the Barton County Jail.
The Lamar Police Department encourages anyone with information about illegal drug activity in Lamar to contact the department at 417-682-3546
As is the case in all arrests, charges are based on probable cause and all persons are considered innocent until or unless found guilty in court.
