05/30/2024 Officers were dispatched to Dollar General regarding a theft not in progress. Investigation continues.

05/31/2024 Officers served a search warrant in the 1400 block of Poplar. One person was taken into custody for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Barton County Jail.

05/31/2024 While conducting a ped check near MFA elevator, one person was found to have an FTA warrant out of Lamar for failure to maintain financial responsibility. That person was transported to the Barton County Jail.

06/01/2024 Officers were dispatched to Casey’s at 401 E. 12th St. in reference to a disturbance. One person was issued a summons for peace disturbance.








06/01/2024 Officer conducted a traffic stop at 4th St and Grand St. Driver was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Barton County Jail. Driver was issued citations for driving while intoxicated (2nd offense) and speeding (11-15 over).

06/01/2024 During a traffic stop on E. 7th St., driver was found to have an outstanding Barton County Warrant. Driver was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail.
