Weather forces cancellation of governor's visit to Webb City elementary school

Due to the weather the Governor will not be coming to Harry S. Truman today.

We are honored to have Missouri Governor Jay Nixon visit Harry S. Truman Elementary School tomorrow to congratulate them on achieving the status of National Blue Ribbon School.

Governor Nixon will visit Harry S. Truman on October 12 at 10:00 a.m., and plans to visit several classrooms at 10:10. He will address the student body at 10:30. Over the past seven years, Governor Nixon has made it a priority to set high standards for Missouri’s public school districts, while also providing the resources necessary to reach them.
