Carthage man arrested on multiple charges after getting stiffed on drug deal

On 12/04/2016 at approximately 0608 hours officers responded to the east side of Carthage in reference to a possible fight. 

Investigation into the incident discovered a drug deal where Kyle Vincent Maserang, 23, Carthage, attempted to sell Xanaz pills to another subject who failed to pay Kyle the correct amount. 

Kyle went to the subject's house where he caused property damage to the subject's vehicle and entered the subject's residence where he caused further damage to property. 

Kyle was arrested and is currently being held in the Jasper County Jail on a warrant for Burglary 1st Degree, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree and Distribution of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $15,000 surety and $10,000 cash.
