We would like to remind everyone about the Joplin Christmas Parade tomorrow evening.
The parade starts at 6 PM, however we will be posting all of Main Street between 2nd and 26th for no parking tomorrow morning.
At 3 PM, all of the side streets will close between 15th and 26th, however you will still be able to cross Main at 15th Street, 20th Street and 26th street.
Starting at 4 PM, all side streets will be closed from 2nd Street to 15th Street. You will still be able to cross at 2nd and 7th up until 6 PM when the parade begins.
All of this is done to accommodate the floats and provide safety to the people that come out to watch. We appreciate everyone's participation in making this year's parade enjoyable for everyone.
