An Illinois man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 10:15 p.m. Thursday on MO 43 and Buffalo Creek Road, one mile north of Tiff City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Kenworth TTL driven by Brent A. Stratton, 44, Virden, Illinois, ran off the roadway, overturned and struck a fence.
Stratton was treated for minor injuries at Freeman Neosho
